At Smith Family Dentistry, we love kids and it shows! We use gentle techniques and lots of patience to complete your child’s treatment.

We have a special area for children in the Reception Area so they will always be entertained and having fun! We even have a treatment room just for children - the 'Beach Room' where it feels like kids (and their parents) are on vacation!

When Should You Bring Your Child in for a Check-Up?

We strongly believe in protecting your child’s teeth from a young age. If they have teeth, they can get cavities – we recommend a check-up when your child gets all their teeth in: 12-18 months old. You can even start younger by bringing your youngster with you for your cleaning appointment so he/she will see that coming to the dentist is a fun place!
